我們是台灣第一家動物保護團體 成立於民國49年6月10日，迄今已有50餘年歷史。致力於宣導動物保護觀念外，更建立了保育場收容流浪動物，並於民國87年催生「野保法」與「動保法」。近年來，更擴大社會責任，開辦寵物食物銀行、志工銀行、家犬絕育勸募、狗來富方案等勸募專案，培育志工、勸募飼料經費支持合法動保團體、推廣家犬絕育、將收容所犬隻寄養，落實社會責任。
